Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in any field.
- 2 – 3 years exposure in managing sales teams with good track record of sales would be an advantage.
- Ability to create & execute standard operating procedures.
- Good command in English Language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of telemarketer to achieve sales targets.
- To provide day to day supervision, coaching and development for the team.
- To collate and compile reports on a daily basis.
- To motivate and manage discipline for the team.
- To recommend process improvements to management.
